About Mark Goff

Mark Goff is the owner of Goff & Associates, a full service public affairs and public relations consultancy.

Prior to founding his firm in 1992, Mark spent four years as Executive Vice-President, Barkin, Paulsen, Meissner & Kimball Public Relations and Advertising, Milwaukee, handling public relations and public affairs work for a wide range of corporate clients.  His other background includes:

  • Vice-President, Business Development and Investor Relations, Universal Medical Buildings, Milwaukee
  • District Director, Office of U.S. Rep. Jim Moody (D-Wis)
  • President, Milwaukee Private Industry Council
  • Economic Development Staff, Milwaukee County Executive William O’Donnell

Community Involvement

Mark has been involved in a numerous community and civic activities.  In the early 1990s he was appointed to the Milwaukee Harbor Commission and the City of Milwaukee Board of Zoning Appeals by Mayor John Norquist.  He has also served on the boards and committees of organizations devoted to persons with developmental disabilities, special needs education, public policy development and youth sports.
